Product Health Check scans your store's product catalog and reports products that are missing key information: a title, an image, a description, a price, a product category, metafields, a product type, a vendor, a collection, or tags.
The app requests the read_products scope only. It reads product data (title, description, images, variant prices, category, metafields, product type, vendor, collections, tags) directly from the Shopify Admin API each time you open the app or click "Rescan products". This data is used only to generate the on-screen report and is not stored.
The only thing we store is the access token created when you install the app, so we can make authenticated requests to your store's Admin API on your behalf. This token is kept in a database on our server and is deleted immediately when you uninstall the app.
We do not store, sell, or share your product data, customer data, or order data with anyone.
This app does not access customer information, order information, or any personal data about you or your shoppers.
This app responds to Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (customer data request, customer redact, shop redact). Since we do not store customer or product data beyond the install access token, these requests are acknowledged with no customer data to return or delete.
